2.8 gallons of denatured ethanol per bushel of corn;

100% recovery of distillers grain (DG) – 17lbs per bushel;

Higher protein content of DG resulting in higher prices per ton;

A lower operating cost per gallon than existing steam plants;

A more environmentally friendly system – uses much less water;

Closed system - No steam is emitted into the environment;

Operational 12 months after funding.
