JIm Plautz, and his wife Rosann, founded Gemco Leasing in 1987 and later expanded into Commercial Mortgages and Project Financing. Their mantra has been TO ACCEPT NO UP-FRONT FEES; "We get paid after you get your money"!
Jim previously spent nine years with Price Waterhouse & Co before jointing Blount, Inc as their Director of Management Information Systems. Jim started his first business in 1984; MTS was the third "smart office building" telecommunications business in the country. Jim expanded into the Hospitality industry and subsequently into equipment leasing.
Rosann passed away in 2013 after fighting cancer for two years. Her amazing story is told in two books Rosann and Jim published; "Fighting Book" @ www.customsportsnovels.com
